A refund will be issued only if you follow the easy steps listed below:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your AsOnTV purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, just send it back to the return address on the original package within 30 days of receipt, for exchange or full refund on the price of the product only. Products offered with free shipping will also have the UPS shipping charge deducted from any refund. There is no need to call first, but please let us know why you are returning an item so we can speed your refund, or make an exchange, and serve you better in the future. Simply print out this page, check off the reasons that are appropriate, and include a copy with your return.Incomplete returns will be assesed a 20% restocking fee. In order to receive a credit you must include this form with your return and follow the directions below.

How to Return a Purchase

  1. Please use the original shipping box and package materials.
  2. Retain your packing list and/or receipt and enclose it with the item you are returning.
  3. Please make sure that the return address is the only address showing on your package.
  4. For your protection, return the product via UPS prepaid, or U.S. Mail prepaid and with a return receipt. Retain the UPS tracking number or Post Office receipt until you receive a credit, a refund, or replacement.
